To receive an award in this category, businesses must meet many strict criteria, including making positive contributions to community support programs, universalizing education, empowering women, and building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive working environment. Businesses must maintain a long-term sustainable development strategy, achieve strong financial results, and ensure a transparent ESG reporting system.
At the event, when sharing in the discussion session "Integrating ESG into corporate strategy to create lasting impact", Mr. Jakub Kudrna, Director of Business Strategy and Chairman of the ESG Steering Committee at Home Credit Vietnam, emphasized: "During 17 years of operation, ESG has been deeply integrated into our business strategy and all operations. We believe that sustainable development helps increase customer trust, attract talent and create a solid foundation for long-term growth, thereby promoting business performance".
