On the morning of December 27, the Central Organizing Committee coordinated with the Central Party Office and the Ministry of Public Security to organize a national training conference on using software to monitor the progress of party congresses at all levels via the VNeID application.
The conference was attended by 2,100 delegates in person and online at 65 points of the Central Party Committees and Provincial Party Committees; 253 points of the district and commune levels nationwide. Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, member of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in Party Agencies Phan Thang An chaired the conference.
At the Quang Ninh provincial bridge, Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee chaired. The conference was connected online to 19 bridge points of the provincial Party Committees.
At the conference, delegates listened to officers from the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06), Ministry of Public Security introduce the main functions of the software to monitor the progress of party congresses at all levels; guide on how to use, exploit, and put the software into operation to serve the organization of party congresses at all levels, helping to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in leadership, direction and operation according to the goals and tasks of the Digital Transformation Project in party agencies. This is software for grassroots party officials from the central to grassroots levels who have active VNeID level 2 electronic identification accounts and are authorized to access the software to monitor the progress of party congresses at all levels.
Delegates discussed and had their questions answered regarding the use of the software, ensuring that the software operates smoothly and effectively. Thereby, contributing to meeting the requirements of the task of monitoring, updating the progress and results of party congresses at all levels to promptly report to higher levels according to regulations.
At the conference, comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, gave comments on the process of updating progress reports of party congresses at all levels via the VneID application between all levels, ensuring connectivity between commune, district and provincial levels.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Phan Thang An affirmed: The implementation of the software application to monitor the progress of party congresses at all levels through the VNeID application is very important, helping leaders at all levels to monitor and promptly update the situation and results of the congresses of lower levels; quickly report to higher levels. From there, analyze the basic data of party congresses at all levels to have timely and accurate instructions.
This is a very new content of this term, therefore, the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested that localities and units urgently deploy the software, create user accounts at all levels to promptly update the progress and results of the congress. In the process of deploying the software, if there are any difficulties or problems, units and localities should promptly summarize them at the provincial level and send them to the Central Organizing Committee for joint research and resolution.
