In 2023, the Provincial Association of War Veterans overcame difficulties and successfully completed assigned tasks; actively participated in building and protecting the Party and government, contributing to stabilizing the political and ideological situation at the grassroots level, maintaining security and order, and well performing socio-economic development tasks in the locality.
The War Veterans Movement promotes the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, helping each other develop the economy, reduce poverty, and charitable activities at all levels of the Association are increasingly effective and practical; focuses on educating the younger generation about revolutionary traditions; the work of building a strong Association has many innovations... The role, position, prestige and effectiveness of the War Veterans Association at all levels are increasingly affirmed.
In 2024, the War Veterans Association at all levels in the province set out a number of key tasks: Continue to organize the study, dissemination and serious implementation of the Resolution of the Central Executive Committee (term XIII); resolutions of Party committees at all levels and the 2024 working theme of the Provincial Party Committee; resolutions and work plans for 2024 of the Central Vietnam War Veterans Association and the Provincial War Veterans Association.
Promote propaganda activities on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; effectively implement the Program of coordinating traditional education for students at all levels in the province.
The Association at all levels unites and competes to develop the economy, reduce the rate of poor member households; actively participates with localities in movements and campaigns, especially the movement to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas, "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", charity activities...
Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Be Xuan Truong, Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Association, commended and congratulated the achievements of the provincial Veterans Association in 2023. He suggested that in the coming time, all levels of the provincial Veterans Association need to better implement poverty reduction work, campaigns, and emulation movements in the locality. At the conference, Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, reported on the province's socio-economic development results in 2023; at the same time, he affirmed that these achievements had positive contributions from all levels of the War Veterans Association in the province.

Continue to effectively implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the 13th Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation.

The Association of War Veterans at all levels focuses on directing the good implementation of the Association's tasks; actively participates in socio-economic development, building advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, developing tourism, building a clean and strong Party and political system. Promote emulation movements among cadres and members, especially the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization, effectively investing in building models and typical examples of skillful mass mobilization in all fields; achieve the highest achievements to celebrate major holidays of the year. At the conference, authorized by the President and the Prime Minister, Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to Mr. Le Duc Toan, Chairman of the Association of Veteran Entrepreneurs of Ninh Binh province, General Director of Viet Thanh Construction Company Limited and Mr. Hoang Van Sung, Vice Chairman of the Association of Veteran Entrepreneurs of Ninh Binh province, Director of Hoang Son Private Enterprise - Hoang Son Peace Hotel for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Veterans help each other reduce poverty, do good business" in the period of 2016 - 2021, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland; awarded the Government's emulation flag to the Association of Veterans of Ninh Binh province for excellently and comprehensively completing its tasks, leading the patriotic emulation movement of Ninh Binh province in 2022.
Comrade Tran Song Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee, the title of Excellent Labor Collective and the Certificate of Merit of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 2 collectives and 1 individual with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2023.
