Strengthening propaganda in the political system

To achieve the economic growth target of 8% or more in 2025, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has issued a plan to focus on leading and directing the entire political system to promote the spirit of "self-reliance, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride", solidarity, trust, and efforts to complete the socio-economic development goals in 2025, creating a premise for the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 11th District Party Congress.

Accordingly, the District Party Committee focused on disseminating and thoroughly grasping the viewpoints of the central government, the city and the district in implementing the economic growth target on the basis of continuing to maintain macroeconomic stability and control inflation. Resolutely implement many solutions

Vice Chairman of Me Linh District People's Committee Tran Thanh Hoai said that to accompany the city in completing the growth target of more than 8%, the District People's Committee has promoted decentralization and thorough authorization in each sector and field; increased the responsibility of leaders and promoted the creativity of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.

The district requires departments, offices and units to continue simplifying administrative procedures, shortening time and reducing costs for businesses, especially groups with administrative procedures related to investment, infrastructure development, land lease, etc. The leaders of the district People's Committee also regularly dialogue with businesses and production households to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, helping them feel secure in investing and doing business.

At the same time, the district resolutely carried out site clearance, accelerated the construction progress of key projects and works; developed plans and implemented disbursement for each project on a monthly and quarterly basis. Directed the district's departments and offices to proactively review and promptly transfer capital plans of projects with slow disbursement to supplement other projects, especially urgent and key projects. To increase budget revenue, the district promoted land use rights auctions and collected land use fees for projects in the area.

Notably, in March 2025, the District People's Committee directed departments, offices, units, and People's Committees of communes and towns to review, streamline, and shorten at least 60% of the processing procedures for groups of documents related to investment, infrastructure development; financial support, consumer stimulus; digital transformation and smart infrastructure development. In particular, the district implemented a "green lane" classification and stamp for incoming and outgoing documents to receive, process, monitor, and control progress to ensure deadline requirements, especially projects that can immediately contribute to GDP growth.

Despite facing many difficulties due to the impact of the world economy and in the context of preparing to reorganize administrative units, the entire political system of Me Linh district still took drastic and responsible actions to promptly remove difficulties, effectively exploit potentials and advantages, in order to achieve the highest growth target, contributing to the GDP growth of more than 8% of the capital, bringing Me Linh together with the capital and the country firmly into a new era, an era of development and prosperity.
