In 2025, the Academy of Finance plans to enroll 44 training programs, including 14 new programs using 4 methods, including:

- Direct admission according to the admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Recruiting candidates with outstanding abilities:

Candidates who have graduated from high school nationwide have an average learning result of all 3 years of high school combined with 1 of the following 3 conditions:

+ Candidates who win the Encouragement Prize in the national and international excellent student selection exam organized by the Ministry of Education and Training will be nominated to participate in one of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Information Technology, English, and Literature.

+ Candidates who won First or Second prize in the provincial/municipal excellent student selection exam in one of the following subjects: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics, English, Literature.

+ Candidates with IELTS Academic certificate from 7.0, TOEFL iBT score from 95 points (not using Home Edition) or SAT from 1,450 points.

Candidates' admission scores are determined as follows: Admission scores = 30 + (Average score of grade 10 + grade 11 + grade 12)/3.

- Admission based on high school graduation exam results in 2025:

Candidates applying for the international certificate orientation program (CCQT) or the English Language standard program are considered for admission based on the combinations A01, D01, D07 (English subject score multiplied by coefficient 2), the remaining majors are considered for admission based on the combinations A00, A01, D01, D07 (Math subject score multiplied by coefficient 2).

Candidates with an international English certificate will have their score converted to a 10-point scale to replace their English graduation exam score if this converted score is higher than their graduation exam score. Table of conversion of international English certificate scores on a 10-point scale:
