In a labor market that is constantly changing in terms of demographic structure, building intergenerational cohesion has become an important task for businesses. This year's theme highlights the role of multigenerational connection and collaboration in organizations. By maximizing the power of a diverse group, businesses not only narrow the skills gap but also promote effective coordination between generations, thereby creating a stable, flexible and ready-to-adapt workforce.

This year, HR Asia Awards continues to honor pioneering businesses in building multi-generational working environments, where the connection and harmony between generations are prioritized. The award not only recognizes the organization’s efforts in enhancing the work experience but also emphasizes the importance of employee voice – a core element in shaping a sustainable corporate culture.

Companies participating in the HR Asia Awards 2025 will undergo a rigorous evaluation process according to international standards, including independent research on reputation and working environment, participation in a survey based on the Total Employee Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) and direct interviews between the company's Board of Directors and a team of experts. The evaluation criteria are researched and developed in depth by the HR Asia team, to ensure objectivity and transparency in selecting the best companies.
