The project to rebuild two villages was implemented to help people whose houses were damaged by storm No. 3 (Yagi) to stabilize their lives soon. The project, which includes 55 houses, 2 schools, and 2 community centers, started construction on September 21, 2024, and was constructed by Army Corps 12 - Ministry of National Defense. After less than 3 months of construction, the project was completed and put into use earlier than expected. All projects bear the strong imprint of Hoa Phat steel.

Hoa Phat Group sponsored all types of roofing sheets according to the design of the construction unit. This is a high-quality corrugated sheet, embossed with imitation tiles, with a thickness of 0.40 AZ50, and pressed with heat-resistant foam. The product was delivered to the construction party through the Hoa Phat Steel dealer in Lao Cai. The total volume of roofing sheets delivered was more than 17,000m2 of roofing sheets and 4,500m2 of roofing accessories. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, sincerely thanked organizations, individuals and businesses for supporting the reconstruction of villages as planned. Mr. Phong emphasized that during the most dangerous time of natural disasters and floods, Lao Cai province received the attention and sharing of people across the country, so that today, people in flood-hit areas are recovering strongly, and people can welcome the New Year in spacious houses. Previously, in order to join hands to help people stabilize their lives after storms and floods, Hoa Phat Group sponsored 10 billion VND to Lao Cai province to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) and to rebuild and rebuild houses and stabilize their lives. The Group helps people in many forms. Sponsoring the construction of 28 new, solid houses in A Lu commune, Bat Xat district with a total value of 5.6 billion VND. Sponsored roofing sheets for 55 houses of local people as well as some schools and community centers in Lang Nu and Nam Tong with a total value of 2.6 billion VND. In addition, the Group's employees presented 2,000 gifts worth 2 billion VND to people in Bat Xat, Bac Ha and Bao Yen districts. This is an activity within Hoa Phat's charity series to support people in provinces affected by storm Yagi.
