The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) announced that all tickets for the match between Vietnam and Hong Kong (China) have been sold out online. Fans can choose from three price levels including 50,000 VND/ticket, 200,000 VND/ticket and 300,000 VND/ticket depending on the seat position.
Audiences who successfully book tickets will receive a QR code corresponding to each ticket and bring it to the online ticket return point of the Organizing Committee to exchange for a physical ticket to watch the match. Online tickets are returned from 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 on June 12 and 13, 2023 at the gate of Lach Tray Stadium. Each QR code can only be exchanged for tickets once, so spectators are requested to keep the QR code themselves and not share it with anyone. When exchanging tickets, spectators must bring their identification documents for the Organizing Committee to verify.
Fans line up to get tickets at Lach Tray Stadium.
On the afternoon of June 12, fans lined up in the hallway outside the ticket booth very early. Many fans expressed dissatisfaction, feeling inconvenienced when buying tickets online but still having to line up to get paper tickets. Notably, ticket scalpers appeared, soliciting fans right in the stadium. "Black market" ticket prices were pushed up 1.5-2 times the original price.
Lach Tray Stadium is likely to be filled with more than 20,000 spectators in the match between the Vietnam team and the Hong Kong team (China) on the evening of May 15. Organizing matches of the national team in many different localities is in the plan of VFF. This unit wishes to bring the image of the Vietnam team closer to fans nationwide.
Coach Troussier has just announced the list of 32 players of the Vietnamese team for the friendly match with the Hong Kong team (China).
