Before Toc Tien, Tang Duy Tan's representative also posted on the fanpage, apologizing to fans because the male singer would not appear at this music night as planned because the Organizing Committee did not properly follow the procedures in the contract agreement between the two parties.

Similarly, singer Duc Phuc announced his absence from this concert. He shared: "As a K-pop fan and also loves going to shows, Phuc understands that you are very sad about this incident.

Phuc would like to send his condolences and a warm hug to everyone. Hopefully everything will be resolved soon and the Organizing Committee will have the most reasonable solution so that no one will suffer any losses."

As for Korean artists, up to now, Infinite and Highlight have both announced that they will not perform at this concert because "the Organizing Committee violated the contract".

K-pop Open Air #2 is a music event that many fans in Vietnam look forward to because of its large scale, with the participation of many famous names in Korea and Vietnam.

On the afternoon of December 22, on behalf of the organizer in Vietnam, Bom Entertainment, announced the cancellation of the K-pop music event Open Air #2 in Hanoi, scheduled to take place on December 23-24. This unit committed to refunding tickets purchased by the audience in accordance with the law.

Under the post announcing the program's cancellation, many people expressed their anger and criticized the unprofessionalism of the Organizing Committee for only giving an official response so close to the event date.

Previously, at noon of the same day, Hanshin Entertainment - the Korean organizer - also responded regarding the show's cancellation.
