Madfinger Games is developing PC game Grey Zone Warfare

Developed using the Unreal Engine, the game centers on a group of Private Military Company soldiers who are sent to a remote tropical island nation that has been evacuated due to a mysterious event. The group lands on the island to find out what's going on and collect valuables. According to Madfinger, the island nation in the game is 42 square kilometers in size and will also be a "living world" - capable of changing even when gamers are not playing.

Madfinger said Grey Zone Warfare will feature extensive weapon customization, including allowing players to build their own guns with hundreds of different parts to choose from. The game will also support realistic bomb simulation technology, to bring the most realistic setting to the combat scenes.
