On the afternoon of July 2, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department informed that Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 had just coordinated with the Nam Tu Liem District Police to summon NMC (born in 1983, in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi) to clarify the act of driving a taxi that caused chaos on the street that morning.
Specifically, on the morning of July 2, social networks posted a video of a taxi weaving, circling, and driving in the wrong direction on Pham Hung Street (near My Dinh bus station), causing public disorder and scaring traffic participants.
After receiving the information, Traffic Police Team No. 6 coordinated with Nam Tu Liem District Police to summon the above taxi driver to the police station.

Through verification, the police determined that the taxi in the clip on social media was a Huyndai I10 with license plate 30E-415.xx.
At 9:00 a.m. the same day, the police asked the taxi driver to bring the vehicle to Traffic Police Team No. 6.

Through investigation, the police identified the car owner as Mr. NVT (born in 1995, from Nam Dinh).
According to Mr. T., at 6:25 this morning, Mr. T. drove the above car to the gate of My Dinh bus station, left the car running and got out to buy some drinks. However, suddenly a person opened the door, took his car and drove it on the streets, causing public disorder.
Then, the above subject left Mr. T's car and left.
The police then also tested Mr. T. for alcohol and drugs, and the results showed no alcohol or drugs in his body.
