Google has just added a new tool using artificial intelligence (AI) technology to YouTube, allowing users to recover their accounts and protect them from future "intrusion".

Google's new tool, built into YouTube's help center, uses AI to guide users through the recovery process without having to contact Google support directly.
Accordingly, users will be asked to answer a series of questions to help secure their Google login, restore what hackers may have changed on their channel. And thereby protect the channel from further "attacks".
If the account verification tool has been hacked, YouTube channel owners will be able to regain control faster than previous methods, which required contacting support and waiting for verification.
For now, the new tool is only available in English and to a specific group of creators, but Google says it's working to expand the feature to all YouTube creators.
