Kinhtedothi - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa, Tran Van Thuc, has just signed a decision to revoke 10 documents on transferring and appointing teachers. The reason given is that he is about to change jobs, so it would be more appropriate for the new Director to sign.
On March 8, 2025, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa, Tran Van Thuc, signed Decision No. 250/QD-SGDĐT on the withdrawal and cancellation of 10 documents related to the transfer and reception of teachers; mobilization, appointment and reappointment of management staff of units under the Department.
Accordingly, the revoked documents include: Official dispatches dated March 6, 2025 on accepting civil servants to work at affiliated units for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang and Mr. Nguyen Manh Tung; transferring teachers for Ms. Le Thi Thuy and Ms. Le Thi Hoa. Official dispatches dated March 7, 2025 on transferring teachers for Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung and Ms. Hoang Thi Yen; transferring and appointing managers of affiliated units for Mr. Le Duy Thien and Mr. Trinh Van Thuyen; reappointing Mr. Hoang Thanh Binh as Vice Principal of Hoang Hoa II High School and Mr. Le Van Thao as Vice Principal of Ngoc Lac Boarding Ethnic High School.
Explaining the withdrawal of the above documents, Mr. Tran Van Thuc said that on the afternoon of March 7, 2025, the Organizing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee worked with the Department of Education and Training to carry out the process of transferring and appointing him to work at the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
Therefore, Mr. Thuc thinks that it would be more reasonable to let the new Department Director sign the above decisions.
