The HR Asia Awards 2024 (HRAA) ceremony has just taken place in Ho Chi Minh City. With the theme "The Definitive Z Choice", this year's HRAA aims to honor businesses that have been striving to become the top choice for Gen Z - the dynamic and creative workforce of the future.

Mr. Dam Quang Minh - Deputy General Director of EQuest - shared: "We are very grateful to HRAA for giving this honorable award to EQuest. At EQuest, people are always the most valuable asset, and we are committed to continuing to invest in human resources with a strong strategy and sustainable development. We also believe that with the current talent attraction policies, EQuest will have more good employees, in order to create good values for society through education".

As one of the largest and most dynamic private education units in Vietnam, EQuest has a 20-year development history, with more than 5,000 employees nationwide and internationally. For employees, EQuest focuses on empowering autonomy and encouraging contributions, along with continuous learning. With core values of Learning, Excellence, Action, Dedication, Scalability, throughout the development journey, EQuest considers each member an important part of the organization.

EQuest has an L&D (Training & Development) strategy with policies and programs to support employees from the first days of joining, such as the Integration Training Program (“Welcome, EQuest Learning & Development” or “Employee Onboarding Session Feedback Survey”) to help new employees integrate quickly, understand the culture and work process.

EQuest has many training programs to help employees quickly adapt to the technology era and the characteristics of Generation Z personnel.

Nguyen Hoang Phung, a C&B team member of EQuest, shared: “Although I am a young employee of Generation Z and have only worked at EQuest for 2 years, I find the environment here very close and everyone is very affectionate. At work, although I am a new employee and still have many confusions, I always receive a lot of support and guidance from everyone. Sometimes when I encounter difficult tasks, everyone is willing to stay with me until 10pm to handle them together. Another thing that impresses me here is the “Ngo Dong Grocery Store”, an initiative to help unite employees of the C&B team. There, everyone "contributes rice" to use when hungry or coming home late. Those are the things I love about EQuest.”

EQuest has the advantage of having a team of experienced domestic and international experts and educational managers, ready to support and share knowledge with other members, especially young staff. EQuest also regularly builds and improves attractive welfare policies, to listen and meet the needs of staff, ensuring the material, spiritual and health life for all employees, such as sports & cultural competitions, FED (Friday Evening Drink), Birthday leave, allowing 30% of working time from home or "Away day" (1 day working away).
