On November 19, 2024, Imexpharm was honored as the Top 1 Company with the best working environment in Vietnam in 2024 in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment and Healthcare industry in Vietnam, medium-sized enterprises, up 4 places compared to 2023. At the same time, the company also ranked 25th in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam for Medium-sized Enterprises, up 29 places compared to 2023.
The ranking is organized annually by Anphabe, under the auspices of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and verified by Intage Vietnam Market Research Company. The survey recorded objective assessments of more than 65,000 employees nationwide, 253 CEOs and HR directors, and evaluated more than 700 businesses in 18 industry groups.
The survey showed that Imexpharm's Employer Brand Attractiveness Index (EBA Index) reached 12.6%, higher than the industry average of 109%, Imexpharm's recruitment brand recognition in the pharmaceutical industry reached 85.2%, exceeding the industry average of 81.5%, and the rate of talent willing to apply for positions at Imexpharm was 129% higher than the industry average.

Specifically, to “Be professionally competent”, from January to November 2024, Imexpharm has implemented 14 integration training courses, 324 internal training courses with a total of 15,780 participants, and 75 domestic and international training courses attracting more than 1,760 participants.
