On the evening of January 7, Mr. Truong Duc Hung - General Director of Saigon Tourist Group, head of the organizing committee of Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 - "revealed" many new features at this year's Tet flower street.
Taking place in 2025, a year marking many important holidays and events of the nation, the flower street will convey many meaningful messages.
First, the President Ho Chi Minh statue area will be designed solemnly, meaningfully, majestically and warmly.
The grand opening gate area of Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 is designed with the name "Dance of Unification", recreating a resounding, majestic and heroic triumphal song, symbolizing the steady step into the new era.
The Kim Ty and Ngan Ty couple at the welcome gate position is an impressive return in appearance, size and manufacturing method compared to the Quy Ty couple 2013.
The pair of Ngan Ty (female) is 25m long and Kim Ty (male) is 42m long, with their entire bodies winding three times, intertwining to form a base more than 11m wide, with a height from the part of the body adjacent to the flower base to the top of the head of over 6m.
Kim Ty and Ngan Ty are made from 70% environmentally friendly materials. The snake's head and belly are covered with painted pressed bamboo panels, and the entire upper back is covered with reflective mirror mica scales, creating the shimmer of "gold" and "silver".
The total number of scales on the body of Ngan Ty is about 2,700 pieces and Kim Ty has nearly 3,600 pieces, completely hand-attached with LED lights running along both sides of the belly. The eyes of At Ty 2025 are also a highlight compared to Quy Ty 2013, with a diameter of 10cm, painted according to the design, bringing soul to the mascot.

In particular, visitors can see the image of the metro train in the middle and small scenes. The image of the metro train marks the first year the metro has been put into operation, also marking another step forward for the city in the process of entering a new era. For the first time, visitors to the flower street can take pictures with the strong and graceful Bong robot in a "spring outfit" of immortal flowers, its face is an LED screen with a happy expression, a bright smile and New Year wishes to everyone. Visitors can find the Bong robot in segment 4 of this year's flower street, welcoming the new year of At Ty with fullness, joy and happiness.The diverse combination of flowers and large landscapes helps visitors enjoy the scenery and avoid the heat in the early spring days.
Finally, a large, lovely snake mascot makes a grand finale to the flower street.

"The miniature and large scenes are combined on the flower street to depict a dynamic and creative Ho Chi Minh City," said Mr. Hung.
