Lao Cai, Yen Bai, from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen and the Central Highlands are hot, some places are extremely hot with the highest temperature from 35-37 degrees, some places over 38 degrees; the lowest relative humidity is from 40-45%.
The Southern region has hot and extremely hot weather with the highest temperature from 35-38 degrees, some places over 38 degrees, the lowest relative humidity from 40-45%.
The Meteorological Agency warns that the heat wave in the Northwest, the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen, the Central Highlands and the South is likely to last for many days to come. From around April 19-20, the weather in the Northeast is likely to experience widespread heat waves .
