Coffee price forecast tomorrow 3/3/202 5

With factors such as pressure from large supply, weak demand and devaluation of the Brazilian Real, it is predicted that tomorrow's coffee prices will be dominated by "red" and continue to have a downward trend.

Domestic coffee prices today (March 2) remained stable, with the highest price reaching 129,500 VND/kg. In summary, this week, the domestic coffee market fell sharply from 4,400 - 5,300 VND.

Similarly, there were no new fluctuations in world coffee prices today. To summarize this week, the global coffee market fell sharply when Robusta and Arabica futures for May 2025 delivery lost 387 USD/ton and 16.2 cents/lb, respectively.

Coffee prices are still on a downward trend due to many factors. Notably, the Brazilian Real continues to depreciate, causing farmers in this country to sell heavily to preserve profits, increasing pressure on Arabica coffee prices.

Meanwhile, Robusta inventories on ICE fell to a two-month low, but were not enough to support prices. Exports from Brazil and Vietnam remained abundant, adding to supply pressure.

In addition, consumption demand has shown signs of slowing down. Investment funds have also limited their purchases due to concerns about global economic risks, causing the trading market to be quiet.
