The majority of households in the village have promoted the spirit of solidarity, actively participated in economic development, helped each other to sustainably reduce poverty and strive to become rich legitimately. The village currently has 3 establishments and 1 garment company, 5 wooden furniture manufacturing establishments creating stable jobs for hundreds of workers. The average income per capita reaches over 63 million VND/year, the poverty rate accounts for 0.5%. The community in the village is always united to build a new cultural life, preserving the beauty of traditional culture. The village has over 93% of households achieving cultural families, and has been recognized as a district-level cultural village for 9 consecutive years. The rate of people participating in health insurance reaches 97%. Since the beginning of the year, people have contributed nearly 1 billion VND to build roads and welfare facilities; 24/24 households have agreed to donate over 1,000m2 ^of land worth more than 1 billion VND and many assets on the land to upgrade and expand roads in the area.
