The Vietnamese sports delegation has yet to change the color of its medals at the 19th ASIAD after hope Duong Thuy Vi failed to win a gold medal in Wushu.

Duong Thuy Vi won third place overall, behind host country China's Lai Xiaoxiao and Iran's Kiani Zahra.
After finishing the two exams, Duong Thuy Vi won a total of 19,426 points, including 9,726 points in the spearmanship exam and 9,700 points in the swordsmanship exam of Wushu.
On the competition day of September 27, the Vietnamese sports delegation also won 1 more bronze medal in Taekwondo.
Martial artist Bac Thi Khiem lost 0-2 to martial artist Song Jie of host country China in the semi-finals and won the bronze medal in the women's 67kg Taekwondo category.
This is the third bronze medal that the Vietnamese Taekwondo team has won at the 19th ASIAD.
Previously, Bac Thi Khiem, along with Pham Ngoc Cham, Pham Minh Bao Kha, and Ly Hong Phuc, won the bronze medal in the mixed team competition.
The remaining bronze medal in Taekwondo belonged to martial artist Tran Ho Duy after losing to Korean opponent Kor Kang Wanjin in the semi-finals of the men's individual boxing event.
With this achievement, the Vietnamese sports delegation won a total of 8 medals at the 19th ASIAD, including 1 silver medal and 7 bronze medals.
