In 2023, the Youth Union and Youth Movement of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises continued to develop, with many positive changes, contributing significantly to the completion of political tasks in agencies and units in particular and in the entire Party Committee of the block in general.
In particular, the work of building the Youth Union organization, implementing movements and action programs; the work of protecting, caring for and educating children are focused on. The work of participating in building the Party and the political system is deployed synchronously.
The staff and youth union members in the bloc actively study to improve their qualifications and professional skills, meeting the requirements of union work and youth movements in the current period.

However, besides the achieved results, the youth union work and movement of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises still have some limitations.
For example, the work of grasping the ideological situation and orienting public opinion for youth union members is not timely; there is not enough boldness in the work of fighting and refuting bad information on social networks.
The implementation of some contents of the annual work program in some grassroots youth organizations is still formalistic and lacks creativity. Attention to training and fostering to improve the professional qualifications, skills and political theory of young cadres in some units is still limited...
With the theme "Year of Youth Volunteers", the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises sets out 7 key tasks to be implemented in 2024.
In particular, focus on improving the quality of the Youth Union organization and Youth Union cadres at all levels; reviewing, creating sources, and planning the Youth Union cadre team. Focus on applying information technology in direction and operation.

Organize youth emulation movements; undertake and implement youth projects and tasks to welcome the grassroots-level Youth Union congress for the 2024-2027 term, and to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises on September 9 (2019-2024).
Strengthening education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, cultural lifestyle, enhancing political capacity, and arousing aspirations in young people. Implementing creative activities, accompanying and supporting young workers.
