Here, the delegation listened to a presentation on the history of the formation of the Lower Laos Resistance Revolutionary Base and the process of building and developing the resistance movement against the French on the Lower Laos battlefield.
Accordingly, this red address marks an important milestone in the struggle for independence of the two countries' armies and people; affirming the traditional friendship and special solidarity between the two Parties and States of Vietnam and Laos.

Currently, Phu Ninh District People's Committee plans a 5-hectare area to build the Lower Laos Resistance Zone and the South Central Coast Border Office to meet the needs of tourists, as well as to be worthy of the red address with many meanings of the two countries.
Setting foot in the Lower Laos Resistance revolutionary base for the first time, comrade Lech-lay Si-vi-lay expressed his joy and emotion when visiting and witnessing the historical relic site with profound significance for the two countries of Vietnam - Laos in general and Quang Nam - Sekong in particular.

At the same time, he emphasized that this is an important historical site, marking a special mark between the two localities. Therefore, in the coming time, Sekong province will closely coordinate with the localities of Southern Laos, joining hands to contribute to preserving and building the historical site to be more and more complete, meeting the needs of sightseeing and learning about history of the people and tourists.
Writing his thoughts in the relic's memorial book, comrade Lech-lay Si-vi-lay expressed his gratitude to the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Nam province, especially Phu Ninh district, for their efforts in preserving and promoting these meaningful historical values. At the same time, he hoped that the relic site would continue to be preserved, becoming a destination for visiting and learning about the history of the solidarity tradition between Vietnam and Laos.

Secretary - Governor of Sekong Province Lech-lay Si-vi-lay suggested that it is necessary to include documentary images of the late Secretary - Governor Le Viet Muong (Bo Nhon) - who made many contributions to the national liberation struggle of Sekong and the southern Lao provinces. Later, in his position as Secretary - Governor of Sekong Province, he also contributed much effort and intelligence to the prosperous development of Sekong Province as it is today.
"Although Mr. Le Viet Muong did not directly operate in the Lower Laos resistance zone, he had connections in revolutionary activities, as well as the tradition of solidarity and friendship between Quang Nam and Se Kong" - comrade Lech-lay Si-vi-lay shared.

On this occasion, the delegation visited the gallery of images and artifacts and took souvenir photos at the Lower Laos Resistance Zone and the South Central Coast Border Office.
