Reporting at the meeting, Project Management Board 6 (Ministry of Transport) - the investor of Component Project 2 said that the length of Component Project 2 through Dak Lak province is about 35.6 km, the total land acquisition area is about 317.54 ha, of which 135.4 ha of production forest must be converted to forest use purposes.
Currently, the project is facing difficulties in changing the purpose of forest use, leading to slow handover of the site, greatly affecting the overall progress of the project. Therefore, Project Management Board 6 requests the People's Committee of Dak Lak province to pay attention and direct departments, branches and localities to focus on implementing and promptly completing procedures for changing the purpose of forest use; focus on mobilizing households who have received compensation and support for site clearance to promptly harvest trees and crops to promptly hand over the site to the contractor for construction; focus on doing a good job of propaganda, mobilizing and persuading households who have not agreed on the approved plan; continue to support and promptly complete procedures for putting the sand mine into service for project construction...

For Component Project 3, invested by the Dak Lak Province Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Transport Works and Rural Development, the total length of the route is over 48 km, passing through 3 districts including Cu Kuin, Krong Pac and Ea Kar. Up to now, nearly 46 km of the site has been handed over (reaching 95.41%), the remaining area has not been cleared due to the forest area that must undergo procedures to change the purpose of forest use; the material mines serving the project construction have not met the conditions.
At the meeting, the investor proposed that the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee promptly approve the policy of surveying and evaluating the reserves and quality of the stone and soil mines in Yong B village, Ea D'rong commune, Cu M'gar district; direct the People's Committees of the districts to promptly adjust the planning and land use plans related to material mines and waste dumps; promptly approve the plan for reforestation and change of forest use purposes...

After listening to the investor representatives of the two component projects present the project implementation status, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Canh requested departments, branches and localities, based on their assigned functions and tasks, to proactively coordinate to resolve difficulties. In cases beyond their authority, they must report to the Provincial People's Committee for timely consideration and resolution.

Regarding difficulties and obstacles, comrade Le Anh Tuan requested the province, departments, branches, localities and related units to promptly review and promptly report to the Ministry of Transport for synthesis and advice on solutions.
