On March 29, the Department of Education and Training of Kon Tum province said it was directing the Continuing Education Center of Dak Glei district to urgently clarify and report the incident in which a 10th grade student of this school was forced to kneel and slapped in the face many times by a group of female students.

According to initial information, on the evening of March 27, a group of female students from another school broke into the dormitory of the Dak Glei District Continuing Education Center to talk to MT and assault her.

The incident was filmed by a group of female students and posted on Facebook.

On March 28, MT's family reported the above situation to the school and took T. home for health care.

In the immediate future, the Department of Education and Training requests the Dak Glei District Continuing Education Center to invite parents and students to work to grasp the situation; at the same time, educate students to recognize right and wrong behavior and have timely solutions to overcome consequences.

Currently, the People's Committee of Dak Glei district has assigned the district police to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
