Ha Giang Electricity improves production and business efficiency

BHG - Ha Giang Power Company (PC) is making every effort to complete its production and business tasks in 2025. With the goal of achieving the highest efficiency in technical management, labor safety, power system dispatch, information technology (IT) application, and implementing business and construction investment solutions.

One of the important goals of PC Ha Giang this year is to reduce power loss (LTL), improve grid quality and ensure operational safety. The Company has set specific LLD reduction targets for each voltage level, including: 4.2% for high-voltage LLD, 2.2% for medium-voltage LLD and 2.7% for low-voltage LLD. The overall goal is to reduce total LLD to 3.73%, thereby improving operational efficiency and saving costs for the Electricity industry. To ensure stable and safe power supply, the Company has set power supply reliability targets for 2025 as follows: SAIDI (power outage duration) does not exceed 1,200 minutes and SAIFI (number of power outages) remains at 5.92 times/year. To achieve these goals, the Company continues to closely coordinate with relevant units, implement projects to renovate and upgrade the power grid, and apply automatic control software to improve efficiency in dispatching work.

At the same time, PC Ha Giang continues to implement key digital transformation projects. Including digitizing internal processes, building a grid management system based on GIS maps and ensuring information security for technology systems. In particular, the company focuses on developing software to support grid management and monitoring, promoting staff training in the application of new technologies, creating a strong change in operation and management.

One of the important goals of the Company is to improve the quality of customer service and increase revenue. In 2025, the Company aims to achieve hydroelectric power output of 1,947 million kWh and electricity revenue of VND 1,179,737 million. To achieve this goal, the Company is continuing to implement electricity saving solutions and promoting cashless electricity payments. At the same time, improving customer service methods in an electronic direction, helping to save time and improve work efficiency. In addition, inspection and supervision of electricity purchase and sale are also enhanced, with the goal of achieving 37,164 inspections per year.

PC Ha Giang is promoting investment projects to build key works, including upgrading the Ha Giang regional power grid, 35kV, 22kV transmission lines and 110kV transformer stations. In addition, the Company will implement medium voltage grid automation projects and complete projects approved in previous years. To ensure work progress and achieve financial goals, the Company continues to strictly implement material planning and production management. Cash flow control, debt collection and resolution of issues arising from audits will be carried out seriously, ensuring that major construction and repair projects are carried out according to plan.

In addition, PC Ha Giang continues to implement policies to protect the rights of employees, ensure timely payment of salaries and bonuses, and organize vocational training programs to improve the capacity of employees. Focus on office management, reduce costs and promote communication activities to improve image and operational efficiency; actively seek other production jobs to increase revenue and profit, with revenue and profit targets from other production services of VND 16,797 million and profit reaching VND 1,878 million.

To ensure the completion of production and business targets and tasks, PC Ha Giang has proposed that the Northern Power Corporation soon start important projects such as the construction of Thanh Thuy 110kV transformer station, installation of T2 transformer at Yen Minh 110kV transformer station and completion of procedures to implement other investment projects. With a specific production and business plan, PC Ha Giang is determined to complete important goals in the fields of technical management, labor safety, power system dispatching and information technology application. In particular, the Company will continue to promote investment in construction, improve customer service quality and improve working processes. These solutions will contribute to the sustainable development of the Electricity industry and contribute to the overall development of the province.
