Nam A Bank's ONEBANK digital transaction point: Many utilities, easy to use

The highlight of Nam A Bank's digital innovation efforts is the construction of a series of ONEBANK digital transaction points nationwide, bringing many benefits to customers. In Binh Dinh, there are currently 3 ONEBANK digital transaction points, of which Quy Nhon City has 2 points on Tran Hung Dao Street and Nguyen Trong Tri Street; another point was built in Bong Son Ward (Hoai Nhon Town) attracting the attention of organizations and individuals.

ONEBANK digital transaction points all have open spaces. Each point has a new generation ATM machine with a large touch screen, convenient for performing credit transactions. Following the instructions of the bank staff at ONEBANK digital transaction point, No. 582 Tran Hung Dao (Quy Nhon City), we lightly touched the screen, immediately the features such as: Opening an account, issuing a card, registering for a loan, depositing and withdrawing cash... appeared and we could perform the desired transactions.

Ms. NTA, in Quang Trung ward, said that because she was too busy with her business during the day, she often went to the ONEBANK digital transaction point on Tran Hung Dao street at night to deposit money into her account. At first, I was quite hesitant because I was not familiar with technology, but after the first use, I was able to easily perform most of the available utilities.

According to Nam A Bank Binh Dinh staff, ONEBANK meets customers' transaction needs at any time of the day, week, including holidays and Tet, regardless of business hours. This helps customers proactively conduct banking transactions. At ONEBANK digital transaction points, customers can easily deposit and withdraw money from accounts of all banks in Vietnam using QR Code according to VIETQR standards. Customers can also experience transactions such as: Saving money, opening accounts, paying electricity and water bills, card payments, money transfers, etc. Transactions within the Nam A Bank system do not incur service fees.

“All transactions on ONEBANK are simple, safe, secure and fast. However, to better serve customers, at each ONEBANK digital transaction point, the bank also arranges 2-3 employees and security guards to actively advise and guide customers to experience the utilities from ONEBANK”, said Mr. Hoang Quang Khai, Director of Nam A Bank Binh Dinh.
