The draft amendment to the policy on tuition and living expenses support for teacher training students states that the support level is 3.63 million VND/month to cover living expenses during the time studying at the school.

From the second year and the following years, teacher training students with a poor average academic score and poor training score will not be considered for support to cover living expenses. Teacher training institutions will consider supporting living expenses for teacher training students according to the academic year.
For pedagogical students who are subject to reimbursement (having enjoyed the policy but not working in the education sector after 2 years from the date of graduation recognition decision; not having enough working time; being in training but transferring to another sector) the supported funding will be recovered.
