Today, June 28, more than 1 million candidates entered the second and final day of the 2024 high school graduation exam with the Combined subject and Foreign Language exams.
Candidates will take 3 component exams of the registered combination including: Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education); each component exam lasts 50 minutes.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, in terms of content, the exam questions ensure scientific and accurate knowledge and skills standards of the 2006 General Education Program; with higher differentiation, especially questions at the application and high application levels. In addition, the exam questions include questions that address real-life and social issues, and are built in a way that closely follows the orientation of assessing learners' abilities, helping to assess candidates' abilities fairly and accurately.
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that when taking a multiple-choice test, candidates are only allowed to fill in the registration number, test code, and answer boxes with black pencil. In case of filling in the wrong box or wanting to change an answer, the pencil must be erased from the old box, then filled in the box of their choice.
Candidates must check the test to ensure that there are enough questions and pages as stated in the test and that all pages of the test have the same test code. At the same time, candidates must fill in the blanks at the top of the multiple-choice answer sheet accurately and completely. For the registration number, the number must be filled in completely, including the zeros in front, and the test code must be filled in correctly on the two test receipts.
