Fighting, both the principal and vice principal of elementary school were disciplined

On June 1, the Inspection Committee of Le Thuy District Party Committee (Quang Binh) announced that it had decided to discipline the Principal and Vice Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School.

Accordingly, the decision was made to discipline Mr. Phan Anh Tuan, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School, with a warning; and to discipline Mr. Le Duc Huan, Deputy Party Cell Secretary and Vice Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School, with a reprimand.

The disciplinary decision against Mr. Phan Anh Tuan also clearly stated that he had not properly implemented the working regulations of the Party Cell; the responsibility of the leader in performing assigned duties and tasks was limited; the spirit of self-criticism and criticism was not high; lack of self-cultivation and training in ethics and lifestyle led to violations of the law and was administratively fined by Le Thuy District Police with the amount of 6.5 million VND (for the act of intentionally causing injury).

Mr. Le Duc Huan has not properly implemented the working regulations of the Party Cell; has not fully promoted the role and responsibility of the deputy head in performing assigned duties and tasks; lacks self-cultivation and training in ethics and lifestyle, leading to violations of the law, and has been administratively fined 400,000 VND by Le Thuy District Police (for disturbing public order at the agency's headquarters).

According to the Inspection Committee of Le Thuy District Party Committee, the actions of Mr. Phan Anh Tuan and Le Duc Huan violated the ethics of teachers; violated the standards of party members and committee members; damaged personal reputation among parents, students, committees, local authorities, and schools; affected the reputation of the education and training sector and the team of cadres and party members in the unit.

As Thanh Nien reported, on April 6, at Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School, Principal Phan Anh Tuan had a conflict with Vice Principal Le Duc Huan. During the conversation, the two men argued. In a fit of anger, Mr. Tuan hit Mr. Huan in the face, causing Mr. Huan to be injured and had to be treated at Le Thuy District General Hospital.
