Firstly, many students have received conditional admission notices from many higher education institutions through their transcripts or competency assessment exams. However, it is not certain that they are qualified to enter that university. All students are required to register their admission wishes from July 10 to July 30. If candidates do not register, their chance to enter university will also end.

Second, the Ministry of Education and Training will announce the minimum admission threshold for health sciences and pedagogy by July 25, 2023. Then, by 5:00 p.m. on July 26, all schools will adjust the admission floor score. This score is different from the admission standard score.
Dr. Thanh Hai also noted that all candidates must pay the admission fee according to their application to the system from July 30 to August 6. If they register their application without paying the fee, they will not be admitted.
"Last year, candidates had to register 5 parameters: wishes, school code, major code, method code, subject combination code. This year, you do not need to care about the subject combination code for admission, do not need any method code, just need to remember 3 parameters: Order of wishes - this is extremely important; school code and school name; major code/major group/major name, major group name. Registering these 3 parameters completes 1 wish. Remember that after adjusting everything and finalizing the list of final wishes, you should take a photo of this registration form, so that it is easier to check later," Dr. Hai reminded candidates.
