Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Party cells under Agribank Ha Nam II have selected many suitable and practical contents associated with improving the efficiency of banking operations. Specifically: cadres, party members and employees uphold the sense of responsibility, wholeheartedly serve customers; credit officers implement transparent lending procedures, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the rights of customers; strictly manage credit flows, monitor and control the lending process from receiving documents to disbursement and debt collection; evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each product, effectively advise customers... Thereby, contributing to improving the quality and annual credit growth, ensuring good maintenance of business tasks and serving socio-economic development in the area. Up to now, the branch's outstanding credit balance has reached more than VND 8,500 billion, an increase of about VND 1,000 billion compared to the same period last year and is one of the commercial bank branches with the highest growth rate in the province.
