On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day, on December 17, the delegation of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army led by General Nguyen Tan Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense, offered incense to commemorate and pay tribute to former leaders of the Party, State and Army.

General Nguyen Tan Cuong wished that the comrades' families would always take care of their health, continue to promote the family tradition, and join hands to contribute to the development of the country and the growth of the Army.
