Da Nang: Removing difficulties in projects and land for development

This morning, March 20, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a conference to disseminate and implement the Conclusions, Resolutions, Decrees, and Plans of the Central Government and Da Nang City on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments in Da Nang City.

Attending the conference, on the Central side, there were representatives of the leaders of the National Assembly Committees: Economy and Finance, Law and Justice, State Audit; Leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. On the Da Nang City side, there were Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City Nguyen Van Quang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City Le Van Trung.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh emphasized that during the development process, Da Nang has achieved many important achievements in creating breakthroughs in planning and changing the urban appearance towards modernity. However, the use of land resources still faces many obstacles, affecting the city's socio-economic development.

The conference fully grasped the basic and core contents of Conclusion No. 77 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 170 of the National Assembly, the draft Decree of the Government as well as the Implementation Plan of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 77 and Resolution No. 170 in the city. Through the conference, the city government hopes to coordinate with related businesses and investors to take actions to unblock resources, avoid loss and waste, and promote socio-economic development.

Speaking at the conference, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City Nguyen Van Quang emphasized that after many efforts to petition the Central Government to resolve the issue, Da Nang now has an important legal basis to resolve problems related to projects and land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions that have been pending in the past.

To effectively implement the Central Committee's Conclusions and Resolutions, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang requested Party committees at all levels, agencies, units and localities to implement consistently, resolutely, in accordance with the actual situation, ensuring harmonious rights and interests for all parties.

On this occasion, the City People's Committee commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW of the Politburo and Resolution 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly./.
