The Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang City has set 9 tasks for 2025 as goals to strive for:
1. Effectively implement the Resolutions and policies of the Central and City on cultural and sports development.
- 2. Focus on implementing the plan to organize activities to celebrate major holidays in 2025. Continue to implement the "Project to organize unique cultural events and festivals associated with establishing a series of events and cultural festivals at night in Da Nang City" to improve the quality of cultural and artistic activities.
- 3. Diversify public and professional art activities; in which the focus is on staging new, high-quality art programs and plays. Organize activities to serve industrial parks, schools and residential areas; support the activities of cultural and artistic associations and clubs in the city; regular art programs to serve the people and tourists at Trung Vuong Theater and Nguyen Hien Dinh Tuong Theater.

Focus on investment, restoration, and ensuring the progress of projects to restore and embellish the Dien Hai Citadel relic (phase 2); Da Nang Museum project ; City Cultural - Cinema Center project; Cham Sculpture Museum project (facility 2) . Continue to implement the Project on Developing the system of grassroots cultural and sports institutions in the city until 2025 and Guidelines on the management, organization, and operation of Community Activity Houses in residential areas in Da Nang City.

- 8. Continue to implement the Project "Developing mass sports to improve health and physical condition of Da Nang people in the period of 2022-2030, with a vision to 2045". Continue to implement the Project on developing sea sports, focusing on investing in sea sports in which Da Nang has strengths; establish and stabilize the operation of the Sea Sports Club. Promote socialization of cultural and sports activities; encourage and support human resources and professional skills for associations, sports federations, organizations, individuals and businesses to organize mass sports competitions.

Continue to implement the Project on using public assets to maximize the exploitation of the sector's premises and facilities, coordinate with relevant units to organize cultural, artistic and sports activities. Strengthen state management, guidance, inspection and examination of cultural activities, festivals, cultural and sports services.
