The leader of Phu Chanh Ward People's Committee confirmed this afternoon (June 26) that the above incident occurred in the area, the initial cause was due to the backup battery charger exploding.
On the afternoon of the same day, a clip was shared on Facebook recording the image of a rented room suddenly exploding, fire bursting out and blowing out the windows.
At this time, some residents in the boarding house were living in the hallway, including a woman who had just driven her motorbike into her room a few meters away when an explosion occurred.
When the people in the boarding house came closer to check, a second explosion was heard from the room, accompanied by flames coming out of the window, causing panic among the residents. However, the residents then broke the door and used a mini fire extinguisher to put out the fire.
