Talentnet Joint Stock Company has just announced the establishment of a representative office in Singapore and a new branch in Cambodia.
According to Talentnet representative, this is a special milestone for a 100% Vietnamese-owned human resource consulting company. At the time of establishment in 2007, Talentnet had a scale of only 12 employees providing a high-level human resource recruitment service. To date, after nearly 20 years of operation, the company has increased its number of employees 25 times, participated in more than 1,000 human resource projects and provided complete human resource solutions to most multinational corporations and large enterprises in Vietnam.

Expand the market
Currently, Talentnet is a strategic partner of two famous global names in the field of human resource management, headquartered in the US, Mercer and ADP Streamline. This cooperation helps the company bring to Vietnam international standard methods, used by thousands of global companies. As a Vietnamese company, Talentnet has a deep understanding of the domestic business market and labor regulations and laws here. These things help form Talentnet's unique "g-local" business philosophy, which is global thinking, local action.
Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, founder and CEO of Talentnet, said that the move to the regional market has many meanings for the business.
"This expansion is not only a business effort to build Talentnet into a regional company but also opens up opportunities for the company to support and accompany Vietnamese enterprises to advance into the region," said Ms. Trinh.

Support Vietnamese business development
According to Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, although it has expanded its customer base to include Cambodian and Singaporean businesses, Talentnet's biggest goal at the moment is still to accompany and support Vietnamese businesses to develop.
In particular, when the company establishes its foundation in other countries, it can accompany domestic enterprises wishing to open offices abroad. A typical example is Cambodia - a market that is increasingly receiving many investment waves from Vietnamese enterprises. With local knowledge thanks to a team of consultants who are mostly native speakers, Talentnet can help domestic partners clearly identify business opportunities and accurately carry out the process of entering a new market.
As for the Singapore market, it is the opposite problem as Vietnam welcomes an increasing wave of investment from this country. With an understanding of the Vietnamese labor market, Talentnet will support foreign enterprises entering Vietnam, ensuring compliance with state regulations and contributing to the common economic interests of the country.
"Furthermore, the goal is to bring foreign enterprises and the domestic labor market closer together through the exchange of knowledge, experience and cooperation," Ms. Trinh affirmed.

Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh emphasized Talentnet's vision when expanding to the region. Accordingly, the company can now play a bridging role, supporting Vietnamese enterprises to realize their goal of expanding to neighboring markets. With proven expertise and the mindset of a Vietnamese enterprise that understands the national spirit, the unit will strive to accompany and resonate together to enhance the image of Vietnamese enterprises in particular and the country in general with international friends.
