Do Luong district has 32/32 communes recognized as meeting new rural standards, reaching 100%. There are 5 communes meeting advanced new rural standards, reaching 15.625%. Do Luong town meets civilized urban standards. 100% of the Program's basic construction investment projects are implemented in accordance with the procedures of the Law on Public Investment. Notably, Do Luong district has no outstanding basic construction debts in implementing new rural construction.

By the end of 2022, the district will have 3 national highways and 6 provincial roads with a total length of 180 km passing through the area; over 1,050 km of asphalt and concrete roads have been newly invested; 100% of communes have convenient car roads to the commune center; the intra-field traffic and irrigation systems have been invested to upgrade.
Health and education have developed comprehensively.
