Mr. Hoang Nam, born on October 10, 1971; hometown: Cam Hieu commune, Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province; professional qualifications: Master of Public Administration, Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Science (English), senior political theory.

Regarding working process: from January 2010 - November 2012, Deputy Secretary of Party Cell, Deputy Director of Department of Foreign Affairs; from November 2012 - August 2015, Deputy Secretary of District Party Committee, Chairman of Dakrong District People's Committee; from September 2015 - December 2018, Member of TUV, Director of Department of Foreign Affairs; from December 2018 - November 2024, Member of TUV, Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee.
On November 18, at the 18th meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVII, the Provincial Party Executive Committee voted to introduce Mr. Hoang Nam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 with 100% consensus; on November 28, 2024, the Secretariat issued Decision No. 1718 approving Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam to join the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
