Announce the Decision on the establishment of 4 advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, including: Party Committee Organization Committee; Party Committee Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Inspection Committee and Party Committee Office. At the same time, announce the Decisions on the appointment and assignment of cadre tasks for the newly established specialized agencies.
