At the conference, the decisions of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies on receiving party organizations and party members; on establishing grassroots party organizations were announced. Accordingly, 10 new grassroots party committees and branches were established, including: Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies; Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy; Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court; Party Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front; Party Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation; Party Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association; Party Committee of the Provincial Women's Union and Party Committee of the Provincial Veterans' Association. Thus, together with the 10 newly established grassroots party committees and branches, the Provincial Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies now has a total of 20 grassroots party committees and branches, a reduction of 1 unit compared to before.

Speaking at the direction and assignment of tasks, comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies emphasized that the conference announcing the decisions is an important political event of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the affiliated Party Committees and Party Cells, marking the process of organizational change to suit the practical situation, demonstrating the spirit of effort, endeavor and determination of the agencies and units in implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient".
