From May 20 to July 20, 2023, Krong Nang District Police established a "Special Team" to patrol, control, and handle violations of traffic order and safety in the district.
The "special task force" consists of 7 officers and soldiers; including 1 comrade from the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police as Team Leader, 3 comrades from the Traffic Police - Order Team, District Police and 3 comrades from the Investigation Police Agency, District Police as team members.

The "special task force" focuses on handling violations that are the main causes of traffic accidents such as: drivers on the road with drugs in their body, violating alcohol concentration; transporting goods exceeding the weight or size limit; arbitrarily modifying or converting vehicles; violating speed limits; changing direction against regulations; vehicles that have expired; expired inspection; using a driver's license or vehicle registration certificate not issued by a competent authority...
During the implementation of the task, the "Thematic Team" will have a patrolling and controlling method, flexible operating time, regularly changing routes, inspection and handling areas, not allowing violators to grasp the operating rules, know the inspection area in advance to avoid; at the same time, proactively coordinate and effectively fight against all types of crimes operating on road traffic routes, transporting drugs, contraband, commercial fraud, etc.

On the first day of operation (May 22), the "Special Task Force" inspected and handled 20 cases of violations of traffic safety laws; decided to temporarily detain 4 vehicles (1 car, 3 motorbikes). Of which, 12 cases of speeding were handled; 1 case of overloading and arbitrarily expanding the vehicle's trunk; 2 cases of transporting goods exceeding the size limit; 2 cases of alcohol concentration violations...
In the coming time, the "Thematic Team" will continue to patrol, control, and seriously and resolutely handle violations with the motto "no forbidden zones, no exceptions" to deter, educate, raise awareness and sense of compliance with road traffic laws of traffic participants, creating positive changes in traffic order and safety and social safety in the district.
