Circular No. 69/2023 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 57/2021 has stipulated a roadmap for rearranging the stock trading market, bond trading market, derivatives trading market and other securities trading market. Accordingly, if all conditions are met, by the end of 2026, all stocks from the HNX and UPCOM floors will be transferred to the HOSE floor. At that time, HOSE will focus on stock products and fund certificates, while HNX will focus on the bond and derivatives markets (according to Lao Dong).
