Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Le Tri Thanh attended the 50th anniversary celebration of the liberation day in Hoi An.

At the meeting, delegates and people of An Bang block reviewed the historical milestones of the revolutionary struggle of their homeland, and the journey of construction and development.

In recent years, the material and spiritual life of the people of An Bang block has been improved, creating a solid foundation for building a stronger national solidarity bloc. Up to now, the average income per capita of the locality has reached about 70 million VND; the whole block has only 1 near-poor household.

The city has invested in completing cultural institutions and traffic infrastructure. In 2024, Hoi An City will allocate 1.7 billion VND to build a new, spacious An Bang block, as a place for activities and meetings for officials and people. For many years, the block has been recognized as a cultural block, meeting security and order standards.

Speaking to share the joy with the people of An Bang block, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Le Tri Thanh praised the achievements of the Front Working Committee and the people of An Bang block in the past time. He hoped that the people would continue to strive and join hands to build their homeland and build a civilized and prosperous block.
