DNO - On the afternoon of March 18, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh inspected a number of non-budget investment projects in the city that had been granted investment policies and adjusted investment policies, and social housing.

At the projects The Nam Khang resort residences (Hoa Hai ward, Ngu Hanh Son district); Han riverside service area (An Hai Nam ward, Son Tra district); Capital Square 2 urban area (An Hai Bac ward, Son Tra district); Da Nang real estate investment and marina project (Nai Hien Dong ward, Son Tra district), investors said that the projects are being implemented on schedule.

Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh acknowledged the efforts and requested investors and contractors to speed up the construction progress of the projects. In addition, departments, branches and localities actively coordinated with investors and contractors to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, ensuring the set progress.

At the same time, it is important to note that during the construction process, traffic safety and environmental sanitation must be ensured. The construction of items must be safe to avoid affecting people's business and production.

Inspecting the An Trung 2 and Dai Dia Bao social housing projects in Son Tra district, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh said that social housing projects have received great attention from the people, especially in the context of the Government implementing the project to invest in building at least 1 million social housing apartments in the 2021-2030 period.

Therefore, investors are focusing resources to urgently speed up the construction progress to put the project into use soon. The city always creates the most favorable conditions for projects to be implemented quickly, meeting the housing needs of the people.

The above social housing projects are invested by the Joint Venture of Duc Manh Joint Stock Company and 579 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company. Currently, the An Trung 2 social housing project consists of 3 blocks and has completed the selection of contractors, signed contracts with construction units, and project management and supervision.

Dai Dia Bao social housing project consists of 3 9-storey buildings with a total of 739 apartments and kiosks. Of which, blocks A and B have been completed and handed over for use, block C is under construction.
