Details of high school graduation exam schedule in 2025

The above information has just been issued by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) on March 24, 2025 in Official Dispatch No. 1239/BGDĐT-QLCL on instructions on some contents of organizing the 2025 High School Graduation Exam sent to the Departments of Education and Training; Department of Schools - Ministry of National Defense.

Particularly for the organization of exams for candidates taking the exam with the exam questions of the 2006 General Education Program, based on the number of candidates registering for the exam, the Departments of Education and Training will arrange a number of exam locations specifically for candidates. Candidates can register for the exam, register for graduation recognition in person or online. The time frames in the organization of the exam and the codes of the exam councils are implemented according to this Official Dispatch.

The exam schedule for candidates taking the exam with the General Education Program exam questions is issued with Decision No. 16/2006/QD-BGDDT dated May 5, 2006, the Continuing Education Program is issued with Decision No. 50/2006/QD BGDDT dated November 7, 2006.

The Department of Education and Training closely coordinates with local departments and branches to ensure proper implementation of the Examination Regulations, this Guidance Document and instructions on coordination of the organization of the examination by competent authorities (if any). The work of ensuring the safety and security of the Examination continues to be carried out according to the Instructions on coordination of the implementation of the task of ensuring the security and safety of the High School Graduation Examination.

If any unusual situation arises that affects the preparation and organization of the exam, especially the stages of printing, invigilation, grading, and review, the units must immediately report to the Standing Committee of the National Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

In April and May 2025, the Ministry of Education and Training will organize technical training conferences on organizing the 2025 high school graduation exam for all localities.
