On the afternoon of December 27, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department organized a thematic meeting "Party Cell 35" with the content "Orientation and solutions to improve the effectiveness of communication and press activities in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against bad, toxic information, wrong and hostile viewpoints in the new situation". From the key discussion contents, Party members in the Party Cell gave enthusiastic speeches, proposing many specific solutions, such as: Solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of education on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought in the province, contributing to firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation; refuting and criticizing the view that Vietnam does not have freedom of speech, freedom of thought, and suppressing social networks; creating "resistance" and "self-immunity" against bad and toxic information to minimize the harmful effects of wrong views on social networks associated with the practical situation of Quang Ninh; promoting the role of journalists and artists in creating press and artistic works to serve the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation; a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of education on traditions, ethics, lifestyles, and revolutionary ideals for the young generation associated with the effective implementation of the movement "Youth for the Party"...
