At the same time, proactively monitor, grasp the situation, forecast and promptly detect sabotage activities of hostile forces, reactionary, dissatisfied, opportunistic political subjects, plots, tricks and erroneous, hostile views and ideologies against the Party and the State, especially during the organization of major events of the country, the province and the city...
