NDO - On the afternoon of December 17, in Hanoi, the working delegation of the Central Steering Committee 35 led by Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee 35, visited and worked with the Cyber ​​Warfare Command (Command 86), Ministry of National Defense.

At the working session, reporting to the Central Steering Committee 35 Working Group, Major General Vu Huu Hanh, Commander of Command 86, said that in recent years, the Command has thoroughly grasped and well implemented the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation; proactively advised, perfected the organization, built forces and posture, organized the struggle with creative and effective content, measures and methods, contributing to socio-political stability.

In addition, the Command has developed and issued procedures for handling information warfare situations at different levels; participated in ensuring network security for central offices and key national projects; supported the Central Steering Committee 35 and provinces/cities across the country in training and practicing to protect the Party's ideological foundation.

From there, promote the combined strength in building the all-people national defense, the potential and posture of the all-people national defense in cyberspace, gradually affirming the position and core role of the Army in implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

The Command has proactively advised and proposed competent authorities to develop and promulgate legal documents, creating a legal corridor for the construction of a safe, healthy, and widespread cyberspace; actively and proactively reconnoitred, grasped, researched, and forecasted trends of information flows in cyberspace; analyzed and clarified the nature, plots, and tricks of hostile, reactionary, and opportunistic political forces that take advantage of cyberspace to sabotage the Party and the regime, and "depoliticize" the military...

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia requested the Party Committee and commanders of Command 86 to regularly thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, resolutions, directives and projects of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on the performance of military and defense tasks; proactively do a good job of grasping, analyzing and forecasting the situation; promptly advise and propose effective handling of information warfare situations in cyberspace, avoid being passive and surprised, contribute to protecting the Fatherland "early", "from afar", firmly protecting national sovereignty in cyberspace...
