Warehouse fire at midnight
(BD) - By 8:00 a.m. on July 3, the fire at the warehouse of Quy Nhon Port Services Joint Stock Company (06 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Hai Cang Ward, Quy Nhon City) was completely extinguished by the fire fighting force. The fire did not cause any casualties, but many goods inside such as electric cars, candy... were burned .

Previously, at 2:11 a.m. the same day, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police) received a fire alarm. The unit mobilized a force of 14 fire trucks and more than 100 officers and soldiers to the scene to extinguish the fire. Because the fire was too large, spreading over an area of about 400 square meters and the location of the warehouse on fire was near a residential area with many power lines, the Provincial Police mobilized a coordinated force of 2 fire trucks from Quy Nhon Port and 1 fire truck from Binh Dinh Petroleum Company with 11 firefighters, and mobilized 17 officers and soldiers from Quy Nhon City Police to participate.

The Fire Police force took measures to prevent the fire from spreading and quickly removed some unburned goods. By 3:20 a.m., the fire was under control.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the damage.
