Arriving in Vietnam on the morning of April 15, the first destination that Apple CEO set foot on was Hanoi.
"There is no place like Vietnam, a vibrant and beautiful country. I am excited to be here connecting with students, innovators and customers, understanding the diversity in how they use our products to do extraordinary things," CEO Tim Cook shared.
After a wonderful experience enjoying Vietnamese egg coffee with singer My Linh, CEO Tim Cook went to Hoan Kiem Lake and had a short exchange with young Vietnamese content creators.
In the latest photo posted on social network X (formerly Twitter), CEO Tim Cook said: "Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi is as beautiful as its name! It was great to spend time with Duy and see his creative process using Cinematic mode on iPhone 15 Pro".
Duy or Duy Tham is one of the leading reviewers in Vietnam in the technology field. He currently owns a YouTube channel with 2 million subscribers, a TikTok channel with 7.5 million followers, a Facebook fanpage with 1 million likes and countless "million view" videos.

In Apple's announcement about his previous visit to Vietnam, CEO Tim Cook said the purpose of his first trip to Vietnam was to meet with programmers, content creators and visit schools. " I was surprised by how energetic young Vietnamese people are," said the Apple CEO.
CEO Tim Cook will be in Vietnam for two days. He will meet with many content creators, programmers and have some activities related to education.
He also affirmed Apple's long-term commitment to Vietnam through increased support for local suppliers, investment in education and environmental protection initiatives.
Since 2019, Apple has spent nearly VND400 trillion (US$17.6 billion) on local supply chains, more than double its annual spending in Vietnam over the same period. The company has also created more than 200,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Apple said it is expanding its training and skills development programs for workers, including the Disability Apprenticeship Program and a $50 million Supplier Employee Development Fund. Of these, more than 38,000 people in Vietnam have participated in Apple’s supplier wellness education program.
